Opinion OF THE COURT BY JUSTICE WINTERSHEIMER This appeal is from a judgment based on a jury verdict which convicted Dotson of kidnapping and robbery in the first degree. He was sentenced to ten years on each charge to run consecutively. The issue is whether the trial judge committed reversible error when he ordered the sentences to run consecutively rather than concurrently as the jury had recommended.
